Return Policy Overview:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. Provide unboxing videos and pictures of defects along with original packaging images to info@oorbadi.com for replacements or refunds.
  • Personalized or customized items can only be returned if defective or damaged.
  • Please refer to our size guide on the website before placing an order. No exchanges or returns are permitted solely due to size issues.

Return Process:

  • Contact customer service at customer-info@oorbadi.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide order number, item(s) to return, reason for return, and unboxing images/videos for verification.
  • After quality check and verification via email, return process will be initiated. Answer calls promptly for a smooth return process.

Return Shipping:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on the part of oorbadi.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges:

  • Exchange of items may be facilitated based on availability.
